We are currently offering an administrative internship in our Ocean department within our Operational headquarter in Basel, Switzerland.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
- As an administrative intern in our Ocean department, you will be surrounded by colleagues who will share their extensive expertise in our Ocean division
- The internship will start in March or April; the duration is from one month to six months
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- As an intern in our Ocean Operations department, you will assist the Product Development team with administrative tasks related to preparation of shore excursions, quality data for core products and review documentation
- You will provide operational support to onboard teams
- You will be supporting our ongoing projects, while participating in meetings and discussions with the different stakeholders involved
- You will help optimizing existing processes and document them
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
- You are curious and eager to learn how a global cruise line is organized and what is expected from the Ocean department
- You have a positive personality and like to work in a multi-cultural team
- You have solid computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
EDUCATION
- You are currently attending a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of tourism or hospitality or have recently obtained one
