Customer Service Officer for the Banking Departmen

For our client, an international bank, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer for the Banking Department (100%).

Aufgaben:

• Performs day to day branch operations, including document checking, account opening, preparation of customer orders (counter-parties, transfer fees); verification of payment instructions

• Performs transaction bookings, preparation of SWIFT messages, generates management information reports

• Ensures all work output meets the prescribed servicing standards

• Handles and resolves customer inquiries

• Supports system testing

• Participates in other ad-hoc tasks as required and directed by Head of Operations

• Issue an L/C or Guarantee and check the documents according to UCP and ISBP; CDCS or CSDG will be an advantage

Anforderungen:

• University degree

• Two years experience in service orientated and customer focused role in the financial services sector

• Demonstrable understanding of the international regulatory environment for the selected products and markets

• Proactive, self-motivated and well-organized

• Good communication skills, strong work ethic and team spirit

• Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

• Fluent (both written and verbal) in English & German, Mandarin will be an advantage

Arbeitsbeginn:  Ab sofort 

Anstellungsdauer:  Unbefristet 

Pensum: 100%

Arbeitsort:  8000 Zürich
