Am Matthäusplatz: Wir vermieten vorübergehend (ideal für 3-6 Monate) in unserem Einfamilienhaus eine Wohnung mit einem grossen Zimmer, eigenem Bad und grosser Küche. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. (Küche, Balkon und ein WC) und 4. Stock (Schlafzimmer und Bad), getrennt vom Rest des Hauses. Sehr ruhig und mit einem schönen Balkon auf der Gartenseite.
Über uns: eine italienische Familie (Musiker und Bibliothekarin) mit einem 14-jährigen Sohn und einer Katze.
Wen suchen wir: eine weibliche Person, die Ruhe schätzt und einen einigermassen regelmässigen Tagesablauf hat da um in die Wohnung zu gelangen, muss man mitten durch unser Haus gehen.
Wir sprechen Englisch, Deutsch, Italienisch und Französisch
Preis: 1050 CHF pro Monat inklusive Heizung, Wi-fi, Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

In Matthäusplatz: We rent temporarily (ideally for 3-6 months) in our single-family house a one-room apartment with private bathroom and a big kitchen. The apartment is located on the 3rd (kitchen, balcony and a toilet) and 4th floor (room and bathroom), separate from the rest of the house. Very quiet and with a nice balcony on the garden side.
Who we are: an Italian family (musician and librarian) with a 14 years old son and a cat.
Who we are looking for: a female person who appreciates peace and quiet and has a fairly regular schedule. To get to the apartment you have to pass through the middle of our house.
We speak: English, German, Italian and French
Price: 1050 CHF per month including heating, Wi-fi, sheets and towels.
You can borrow a bicycle while you stay with us.
