Neue Mitbewohnerin für 2er WG Gesucht / New roommate for 2 person WG Wanted
DeutschHallo, schön das es dich auf mein Inserat gezogen hat.
Ich wohne seit einigen Jahren wieder alleine und da ich dies Satthabe und Ändern will, habe ich mich entschlossen hier ein neuer Versuch zu starten eine neue Weibliche Sie für eine 2er WG zu finden. Ich schreibe eine Neue, da ich in Vergangenheit in der aktuellen Wohnung schon mal eine Mitbewohnerin hatte, das hat sehr gut funktioniert, leider hat alles ein Anfang und ein Ende und nach Abschuss ihres Studiums wieder ausgezogen ist und nun ich Persönlich aus der aktuellen Wohnung raus möchte, da das Quartier in den letzten Jahren einfach an Lebensqualität durch Lärmemissionen, hauptsächlich Poser gestört wird. Suche ich eine komplett neue Wohnung mit mindestens 3 Zimmer in ruhiger Lage und als WG in Basel eröffnen will, kommst du als Wohnpartnerin ins Spiel ;). Ein paar Eckdaten zu mir :D Ich halte mich durch Sport so fit wie es geht und jogge gerne und bin auch gerne im Gründen oder am Wasser, bin aber genau so gerne mal mit dem Motorrad unterwegs und hauptsächlich unternehmungslustig also Kino, apero, mach eigentlich relativ viel Quatsch mit :D Ich mach? es mir aber auch mal sehr gerne vor dem TV auf der Couch einfach nur Bequem und lass den Abend auf mich einklinken. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, solltest du dich fürs Erste angesprochen fühlen und dich für mehr Informationen oder ein erstes Kennenlernen melden würdest.
Der Mietanteil variiert, je nach welcher Wohnung wir uns entscheiden würden. Ich denke, pro Person liegen die 750 CHF für eine 3 bis 4-Zimmer-Wohnung in Basel, allenfalls noch Binningen sicher noch drin :D

I write a new, because I had in the past in the current apartment already times a roommate, which worked very well, unfortunately everything has a beginning and an end and after graduation of her studies again moved out and now I Personally from the current apartment would like to get out, because the neighborhood in recent years simply in quality of life is disturbed by noise emissions, mainly Poser. I am looking for a completely new apartment with at least 3 rooms in a quiet location and as a WG in Basel wants to open, you come as a housing partner into play ;). A few key data about me :D I keep myself as fit as possible through sports and jogging with pleasure and am also happy in the reasons or on the water, but am just as happy times with the motorcycle on the road and mainly enterprising so cinema, apero, make actually relatively much nonsense with :D I do? me but also times very happy in front of the TV on the couch just Bequem and let the evening latch on me. The rent percentage varies depending on which apartment we would choose. I think, per person the 750 CHF for a 3 to 4 room apartment in Basel, maybe Binningen are certainly still in it :D
