I’m renting out my beautiful, modern loft in the Neubad neighborhood in Basel from Mid September until Mid December 2026 (dates +/- flexible).

The apartment is located on the ground floor (and no neighbors above - very quiet!) and has a cozy private terrace.

What you’ll find:

• Working space with wifi

• Calm and relaxed atmosphere

Tram line 8 and bus 36 to the city center in about 20 minutes, and you can reach the forest within 5 minutes.

I’m looking for a calm, clean and mindful person, preferably FLINTA*, who will appreciate and respect the space.

Weekly price CHF 375.00 (min. 6 weeks), monthly CHF 1'500 . For this period, I’m open to discuss the total price depending on the duration and your budget, preferably subletting it for the full time.

You need to have a valid insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung).
