The apartment is located at Schauenburgerstrasse on the 2nd and 3rd floor, directly by the Rhine, near the Rheinbadhaus, Rheinsauna, Birskopf, 2 minutes walk from the tram stop and is surrounded by nice cafés and grocery shops.
Rent: 1'900 CHF per month
Additional running costs: 300 CHF per month (excl. electricity)

Important: Due to renovation work, the rental period is temporary until 30.04.2026.
The apartment is partially furnished incl. built-in wardrobes, has two balconies facing the quiet inner courtyard, a gallery with parquet flooring and a spacious bathroom with two washbasins, shower and bathtub.
