I’m looking for a kind and respectful person to rent my room while I’m away on holiday. The building is old but it’s a very comfortable living space in a great location. You’ll be sharing with one other person. The apartment has three rooms.
NB: the shower is in the kitchen and the toilet is in the stairwell.
People who need someone to clean up behind them need not apply.
The room is fully furnished.
