What do you want to create and put into the world in 2025?
A UNIQUE series of 4 workshops mixing sensitive explorations in Nature (Basel-Land) throughout the seasons & expressive arts, at the service of personal development (and of the humans that we are).
Each workshop will be an invitation to drop down into deep slow physical being, to re-find ourselves in body, within each season.
The series will explore the connectedness between your inner selves and Nature, tending the living landscapes of body and Earth.
Movement, arts and creativity that manifest in this process will take us on a journey towards possibilities of change.
No prior experience of movement practice or expressive arts is necessary!
