Main tenant needed for a flatshare near Spalentor
5 minutes walk from the center, supermarket and 5 minutes bus to the Basel SBB. Starting from March a room is available in our flatshare.
The flat is located in a wonderful location next to Spalentor,

- Coop and Migros: 5 minute walk
- Basel SBB: 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus
- University: 5 to 15 minute walk
The apartment has 4 rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 big living room and 1 balcony. The available unfurnished room is the room next to the balcony and the size of the room is 15.3 square meters and the rent is approximately 560 CHF per month. We get the TV tax and the electricity and heating bill separately which costs together around 150 to 180 CHF per year per person.
In this wonderfully located big flat, we are looking for a kind and open-minded person to take over as a flatmate and the (shared) main tenant. We are three lovely people, PhDs in Physics and Bio-informatics, and a pianist who is doing her Master's at the Musik Academy. It's an international flat as we all are from different countries (India, Italy, and Portugal), and hence we speak multiple languages though mainly communicate in the flat in English.
We look for a lovely person who is clean and open-minded. A person who wants to live together in a shared flat, we do time to-time flatmates dinner or just a chill night watching TV.
