Pop Pilates Basel: First class is FREE!
Ab März gibt es jeden Freitag um 08:30Uhr im Yoga Atelier in Basel eine Stunde Pilates! Starting March; every friday at 08:30am at the Yoga Atelier.
The perfect start to your friday; one hour of Pilates with the best Pop music to motivate you. In this class, we'll target all the big muscle groups and you'll leave feeling energized for the weekend. The class will be in English if English speakers are present.
I am Luisa, 28 years old from Germany and I did my teacher training in South Africa, where I was introduced to a very lively and dynamic Pilates style, which I am so happy to bring to Switzerland.
