Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, von denen eines auf einen kleinen Balkon führt. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit einem größeren Balkon, eine separate Küche und 1 Badezimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines kleinen Gebäudes mit nur 4 Mietern (kein Lift). Im Keller befindet sich ein privates Abstellraum und eine Gemeinschaftswaschküche. Einer der Mieter hat seine eigene Waschmaschine, so dass die Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine nur von 3 Mietern genutzt wird.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 5. Mai bezugsfertig. Alternativ kann die Wohnung vom 5. Mai bis Ende Juni untervermietet werden, oder nach Vereinbarung.

The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto a small balcony. In addition, there is a living room with a larger balcony, a separate kitchen and 1 bathroom. The flat is located on the second floor of a small building with only 4 tenants (no lift). In the basement there is a private storage room and a communal laundry room. One of the tenants has their own washing machine, so the communal washing machine is only used by 3 tenants.
The flat is ready for occupancy from 5 May. Alternatively, the flat can be sublet from 5 May to the end of July, or by arrangement.
