Habt ihr Lust auf dem Land und doch nah an der Stadt zu wohnen?
Wir, Maya, Lukas, Jaap, Sophie und Iva, sind zwischen 20 und 34 und wohnen zusammen in einem grossen Haus nahe bei Basel. Wir sind vielseitig interessierte Menschen, bei uns wird Musik gemacht, getanzt, gewerkelt, gelesen, gegärtnert, genäht, spaziert und vieles mehr. Wir wohnen sehr gerne zusammen und uns ist ein bewusstes Zusammenleben wichtig. Am öftesten treffen wir bei gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten oder im Wohnzimmer aufeinander. Einige von uns sind am Studieren, andere arbeiten.
Wir haben viele Gemeinschaftsräume. Ein Dachstock dient als Gästezimmer und anderes, dann gibt’s es noch ein Musik- und Arbeitsraum, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, einen Garten, zwei Garagen und eine Werkstatt. Um das Wichtigste zu nennen.
Neben uns fünf wohnen hier auch noch zwei extrem süsse Katzen.
Das freie Zimmer ist 16 m2 und kann ohne oder mit einigen Möbeln übernommen werden. Die Miete inkl. Internet und Nebekosten beträgt 420.-.
Wichtig: Neuwiller liegt direkt hinter der Grenze zu Allschwil, sprich, in Frankreich. Es ist von Basel Zentrum etwa sieben Kilometer entfernt (20-30 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad). Das Dorf ist nicht an den ÖV angeschlossen, zur nächsten Station sind es 30 Fussminuten. Alternativ kann man auch per Anhalter nach Allschwil, funktioniert gut.

Looking for a home in the countryside but close to the city?
We—Maya, Lukas, Jaap, Sophie, and Iva—are a group of five people aged between 20 and 34, living together in a big house near Basel. We have a wide range of interests, including making music, dancing, crafting, reading, gardening, sewing, going for walks, and much more. We love living together and value a conscious and communal lifestyle. Most often, we meet during shared meals or in the living room. Some of us are studying, while others are working.
Our home has plenty of communal spaces. There's an attic that serves as a guest room and more, a music and workspace, a living room, a dining room, a garden, two garages, and a workshop—just to name the most important ones.
Besides the five of us, we also share our home with two incredibly adorable cats.
The available room is 16 m² and can be taken over either somewhat furnished or unfurnished. The rent, including internet and utilities, is 420.-.
Important: Our house is located in Neuwiller, just across the border from Allschwil—in France. It’s about seven kilometers from Basel city center (a 20-30 minute bike ride). The village is not connected to public transport, and the nearest station is a 30-minute walk away. Alternatively, hitchhiking to Allschwil works well!
