WG-Zimmer im Clara ab März zur Untermiete (441 CHF).
In unserer 4er-WG im Clara-Quartier wird ab März ein möbliertes Zimmer frei! Die Wohnung gehört zum Studentenwohnverein (WoVe), daher kann das Zimmer nur an Studierende vergeben werden.
Zur WG:
- Du wirst zusammen mit drei Mitbewohnerinnen zusammenwohnen.
- Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und Regal.
- Die Miete beträgt 441 CHF pro Monat.

English:In our 4-person shared apartment in the Clara district, a furnished room will be available starting sometime in March! The apartment is part of the student housing association (WoVe), so the room can only be rented to students.
About the WG:

- The room is furnished with a wardrobe, bed, desk, and shelf.
- The rent is 441 CHF per month.
