Die Wohnung ist tagsüber hell und Abends geniesst man schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Die Wohnung ist nahe des Bad. Bahnhofs mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb 5 Gehmin. erreichbar, sowie auch der ÖV ist gut erschlossen mit Buslinien 30/46/36 und weiter entfernt die Tramlinien 14/2/6. Die Wohnung ist sehr grün gelegen mit Aussicht auf einen Park und den Langen Erlen um die Ecke. Das Waschen ist flexibel und stressfrei - man kann waschen, wenn die Waschmaschinen frei sind.
