Fake emails purportedly from Unimarkt Support are currently in circulation. These messages ask you to click on links or enter your login details.


Please note:

  • We will never ask you to enter your password via a link (e.g., via a supposed “verification link”) in an email.

  • You can always recognize official communications by the sender address: markt@unibas.ch oder oder no-reply@unibas.ch.

  • If you are unsure, only log in via our website: https://markt.unibas.ch/auth/login


How to protect yourself:

  • Do not click on suspicious links.

  • Only enter your login details directly on our website.

  • Delete suspicious messages immediately.
