Unsere möblierte 4.5 Zimmer Wohnung im Erlenmattquartier (Basel) ist von September – Dezember 2025 zur Untermiete verfügbar für 2750 CHF/Monat.
In der Miete sind Nebenkosten, Strom, Wasser und Internet inbegriffen. Die Wohnung ist circa 99m2 gross und verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Schlaf/Gästezimmer, 1 Büro und eine Wohnküche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine Terrasse. In der Abstellkammer befindet sich ein Waschturm mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Wir verreisen von September bis Dezember 2025 und suchen eine nette und zuverlässige Untermieterschaft für diese Zeit. Die Wohnung ist ein Neubau mit Minergiestandard und blickt auf beiden Seiten ins Grüne. Es gibt einen grossen Fernseher, zwei Schreibtische mit Monitoren, ein Saugroboter, sowie eine ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Mixer und Mikrowelle. Schnelles Glasfaserinternet steht auch zur Verfügung. Ein Clavinova steht im Büro, das mit Behutsamkeit genutzt werden darf. Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht erlaubt.
Die Lage ist in Erlenmatt, nähe Musical Theater - gut angebunden an Bus 30, Strassenbahn 14 und Bad Bahnhof, und Migros und Coop. Das Viertel ist ruhig und die Nachbarschaft freundlich, es wohnen viele Familien und Expats hier.
Die Zwischenmiete beginnt von Anfang September bis Ende Dezember (genauere Daten können noch abgesprochen werden). Bevorzugterweise würden Sie die gesamte Dauer zur Zwischenmiete bleiben und als Bonus noch das Giessen unserer Pflanzen übernehmen :).

Our furnished 4.5 room apartment in the Erlenmattquartier (Basel) is available for subletting from September - December 2025 for 2750 CHF/month.
The rent includes utilities, electricity, water and internet. The apartment is approximately 99m2 and has 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom/guest room, 1 office and a kitchen-living room, as well as 2 bathrooms and a terrace. In the storage room there is a washing machine and dryer.
We are traveling from September to December 2025 and are looking for a nice and reliable subtenant for this time. The apartment is a new building with Minergie standards and looks out onto the green Erlenmatt fields on both sides. There is a large television, two desks with monitors, a vacuum robot, and an equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, blender and microwave. Fast fiber optic internet is also available. There is a Clavinova in the office that can be used with caution. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
The location is in Erlenmatt, near the Musical Theater - well connected to bus 30, tram 14 and Bad train station, and Migros and Coop. The area is quiet and the neighborhood is friendly; many families and expats live here.
The interim rent starts from the beginning of September to the end of December (more precise dates can still be agreed). Preferably, you would stay as a sublet for the entire duration and, as a bonus, take care of watering our plants :).
