Responsibilities:
As a Finance Project Assistant, you’ll support the Finance Project Manager in streamlining and optimizing financial processes. Your tasks may include:
Collecting, cleaning, and organizing data for publishing deals and institutional agreements
Preparing internal financial overviews and drafting proposals
Assisting with regular financial reporting for partners and institutions
Helping document financial processes (e.g., invoicing, royalties, reporting)
Supporting admin tasks such as formatting summaries and updating trackers
Researching for new service models or agreement types
Identifying small process improvements (e.g., templates or standardization)
You will primarily work in English in a supportive, international environment.
Requirements:
Student Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Finance, Business, or a related field
Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1); German is a plus
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Finance Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial concepts; project coordination skills are a plus
A motivated, detail-oriented and reliable approach to work
Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills
