Huge Room in Shared House at Spalenberg Available from August 1, 2025

We (John, Theresa, Laura, Pierrine, and Gaby) live in a beautiful old townhouse in Spalenberg in a 5-person shared flat. We all really value shared living and enjoy a relaxed, vibrant, and cozy atmosphere—often cooking together spontaneously.

The unique house (spread across three floors) offers plenty of shared space, while also giving everyone enough room for themselves.

Highlights:
Beautiful, spacious living room, large kitchen, 5 bathrooms (2 showers and 3 toilets), and a stunning rooftop terrace with a view over the city all the way to the Münster cathedral.

A bit about us:

• Laura (31): passionate about volleyball, always up for a party, but also enjoys relaxing on the couch.

• Theresa (29): into bouldering, university sports courses, aerial silks, gardening, and also loves a chill night at home.

• Gaby (30): loves cooking tasty, seasonal, and local meals, is a dedicated climber, keeps a cool head, and is always up for a cooking evening.

Your room is becoming available because Pierrine is moving in with her boyfriend. Since John is moving to Eastern Switzerland, a second room will become available shortly before. We are already looking forward to welcoming Marvin (32): freshly arrived in Basel, loves mountains, the sea, and marzipan – and is excited about a vibrant shared living experience.

Your room:
Located on the second floor, 34.5 m², CHF 1500.– per month including utilities and internet.

Move-in date: Beginning of August 2025
