I am a trained Ayurveda massage therapist with focus on Marma massage points. I got trained in India however, practicing in Basel intermittently. Marma massage activates the 107 marma energy junctions with calibrated pressure, medicated, herbal warm oils, releasing blocked prana, accelerating tissue regeneration, and calming the nerves.
