Hallo zusammen! Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung und suche entweder eine feste WG-Mitbewohner:in oder jemanden für einen Wochenaufenthalt (Montag bis Freitag). Das Zimmer ist aktuell unmöbliert – falls du aber als Wochenaufenthalter:in einziehst, könnte ich bei Bedarf Möbel organisieren.

• Der Mietzins: 650.– CHF pauschal pro Monat (inklusive Strom und Wasser).

• Das Zusammenleben: Ich (31) mag das Zusammensein, schätze und brauche aber auch absolut meine Ruhe und Zeit für mich allein. Mitbewohnerin auf Lebenszeit ist zudem meine Katze Nami🐱.

• Sauberkeit: Ich bin sehr ordentlich und lege grossen Wert darauf, dass alles frisch geputzt ist und gut riecht ✨ Wenn du dieselbe Einstellung zu Ordnung und Sauberkeit hast, passt das perfekt.
